Buddhinath
Systems thinker. Technology leader. Exploring how people, organizations and technology change.
I work across enterprise technology, architecture and transformation. Outside my professional work, I explore human behaviour, discipline, meaning and how to live deliberately.
What I Do
I have spent more than a decade working with enterprise technology, moving from software development into architecture, transformation and technology leadership.

Enterprise Transformation
Technology transformation, organizational complexity and the decisions required to connect technology with business outcomes.
-
Technology Architecture
Enterprise architecture, engineering decisions, integration and the design of complex technology environments.
-

-
AI & Technology

What I Explore
My professional work is one part of what interests me. I am also interested in how people think, behave and change - and in the larger question of what makes a life worthwhile.
-
The Mind
Awareness, attachment, fear, desire, behaviour and the ways our minds shape experience.
-
Human Behaviour
Psychology, relationships, decision-making and personal change.
-
Discipline
Acting deliberately rather than being governed by impulse, avoidance or circumstance.
-
Meaning
Ambition, success, suffering, purpose and what makes a life worth living.
About
I started my career in SAP development and have spent the past 13+ years working across enterprise technology, architecture and leadership.
My work has taken me from software development into technical architecture, global programs and technology leadership, including responsibility for teams working across SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
Alongside technology, I have spent several years studying psychology and working with individuals around questions of career, relationships, productivity, discipline and personal direction.
These experiences have left me interested in a broader question:
How do complex systems - organizations and people - actually change?
I explore that question through technology, psychology, philosophy, Buddhism and lived experience.
